My motto in life!

In one of our second year modules, we have been learning about business! The enterprise module is designed to give us a head start on how to enter the world of business as a young designer. I have really enjoyed leaning about how to set up your own business but the reality of actually doing it is very scary! As part of the module we had to propose a business idea to show our understanding of everything we have learned.

Instead of creating a business surrounding textiles, i chose to focus on one of my passions in life... cake ! Bella's is a baking enterprise that will create and sculpt beautifully crafted cupcakes made fresh every morning. With a wide variety of flavours to be enjoyed, bespoke tailoring and cake parties, Bella's will appeal to yummy mummies and ladies that lunch! These delicious cupcakes will be the talk of the town!

Having spent so much time on the proposal recently, i have started to get excited about the possibility of launching Bella's brand. I would love to have my own business, especially if it was all about cake!

We have the final presentation of our proposals after Easter, which i am dreading! Hopefully it will be a breeze and Bella's will be a success.
